Our AI can now analyse and describe images submitted by tenants or contractors in connection with inquiries and work requests.
This means that when a tenant, for example, submits a photo of water damage, a loose power socket, or a crack in the wall, our AI won’t just register the inquiry – it will understand and describe the image as part of the response to the tenant and the internal case handling.

- Automatically generates a description of the issue, which can be used directly in the tenant response and internal case handling
- Can also dive into the handbook and automatically retrieve relevant images and information that support the assessment or help solve the issue
